RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on all FAULTY and DAMAGED items.
1. FAULTY RETURNS PROCESS
- Send your images and fault to info@shakeemhart.com (Please include order number)
- One of our team will be in contact within 7 days to discuss and/or arrange your refund
Due to the nature of or business, and most of our designs being customised and made for individual clients we do not accept refunds unless of-course an item is faulty or damaged.
ITEMS CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED UP TO 1 HOUR AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER
