1. Send your images and fault to info@shakeemhart.com (Please include order number)
2. One of our team will be in contact within 7 days to discuss and/or arrange your refund 

Due to the nature of or business, and most of our designs being customised and made for individual clients we do not accept refunds unless of-course an item is faulty or damaged.
